National Plant Network 4 in. Mondo Grass (32-Pack)

National Plant Network's grower approved selections take the guesswork out of gardening! Despite its name, Mondo Grass is not a grass, but a part of the Lily family. They sometimes produce small, lilac colored flowers in the summer, but the real show begins in the fall, when the flowers fade, and shimmering, deep blue berries burst onto the scene! These berries nourish the local bird community, and in return, the birds distribute seeds to aid in the plant's propagation. Mondo grass is also resistant to deer and salt, making it a great option for coastal areas. They do well in full sun, partial shade, and dappled sunlight, with a moist, but well-draining soil. Plant them in containers, or use them for borders and groundcovers.
