Melling 10397-BR Engine Oil Pump. High Performance Oil Pump. Melling high performance oil pumps provide dependable performance every time in every application under the toughest RPM conditions. The Melling 10397-BR high performance oil pump is a standard volume, +10 PSI high pressure upgrade of the M397. The 10397-BR features billet steel rotors and an anodized hard coated aluminum body and cast iron phosphate coated cover for improved pump performance and durability. Adjustable by-pass pressure using optional springs which are included. The relief valve has a pressure threaded plug instead of a cup plug. The oil pump screen o-ring is included. Every Melling high performance oil pump is individually tested for pressure and flow under actual engine operating conditions.
